  Happy with Jill's office. Friendly group, and they seem to care alot about me as a customer. I can call up the office, and I'm treated like a person, instead of a number. I have been with State Farm for many years, and recently moved to the Sioux Falls area. A family member referred me to Jill's office prior to the move, and I am glad I did. It's a small town feeling when you walk in the door. Plus, I'm old fashioned, and love a face to face talk with my agent. And Jill is easily available to talk to. Service is what makes this office tops, in my book.

  There is a young man in Jill's office who doesn't really know what he is doing - Jason is his name. He mis-quoted me on a premium, arbitrarilly assigned a deductible, then a cancellation notice came in the mail a month later. When I tried to work this out with him, he took no responsibility for the errors. Then when I told him that I was going to get some quotes from other insurance companies for all my policies - he didn't flinch. He happily said goodbye without even attempting to keep my business. I've been a long time State Farm customer, but will be moving my account to another office in town where I can work with more knowlegable people.
